Requesting Reinstatement of My Canceled Yandex Pro Bonus
On Sunday, November 16, the $19 worth of bonuses I was supposed to receive for completing 14 rides through Yandex Pro Taxi were canceled by the security department. I was informed that I would not be paid because the rides were considered “unrealistic” for bonus eligibility. However, all of the rides were genuine, and I do not believe there was any mistake on my part.
When I contacted customer service about the issue, I was told nothing beyond the fact that “the security team made this decision.” I have never experienced a similar problem before, and this is the first time something like this has happened to me.
I request that my bonuses be reactivated and credited to my account.
