Yandex and Tod Ignored My Request After Promo Code Wasn’t Sent

As part of Yandex’s “Yandex Tod” campaign, I called Yandex from my Türk Telekom line on three consecutive days during the month of August. Even though I fully met the campaign requirement of “calling three days in a row,” I did not receive any code.
I was expecting to receive a code for 3 months of Süper Lig streaming access through this campaign. When the code didn’t arrive, I contacted Yandex, and they told me I needed to write to Tod about the issue. However, up to this point, I have not received any response or explanation from either Yandex or Tod.
Even though I fulfilled all the campaign requirements, my 3-month Süper Lig code still has not been provided. I request that the code I am entitled to under the campaign be delivered to me immediately and that the inconvenience I experienced be resolved.
