Yandex Did Not Credit My 5GB After Completing All Tasks

-On April 11, 2026, I completed all the required tasks on Yandex and earned a reward of 5 GB (5,000 freebytes). However, even though I fully completed all the tasks, this reward has not been credited to my account, and I was not shown any warning or error message.
I contacted Yandex through their support system regarding this issue, but despite that, my reward has still not been added, and the problem remains unresolved. I request that the 5 GB (5,000 freebytes) reward I earned be credited to my account in full as soon as possible. I also expect that the necessary checks be carried out and that I be informed about the outcome.
