I Face Yandex AI Campaign Issue With Missing 5GB Reward

I participated in the Yandex AI app campaign “Complete 5 tasks, earn 5 GB,” and as of April 11, 2026, I completed all the required tasks fully. According to the campaign terms, once the tasks were completed, a 5 GB internet package would be credited to my mobile operator line by Yandex AI.

Although I submitted my phone number to receive the reward, it has been approximately one day, and no internet package has been added to my line. Despite fulfilling all the campaign requirements, the promised 5 GB data reward has not been delivered.

I request that the promised 5 GB internet package be immediately credited to my mobile line and that I be provided with clear information regarding this delay. I also ask that the campaign process and communication channels be made more transparent and accessible to prevent similar issues for other users.
