Yandex Confirmed My Tod TV Win but Didn’t Show the Code

I participated in the Yandex Tod TV campaign and saw an on-screen message confirming that I had won. However, even though I won on November 5, I was unable to find the campaign code anywhere. I joined the campaign using the Chrome browser, but the section where the code was supposed to appear was completely empty.
When I couldn’t locate the code, I tried to join again and also contacted the support team. They responded by saying, “We can see that you already participated in a similar campaign on November 5, 2025. The bonus was not loaded because this campaign is only valid for new users.” But my request is not to participate twice or gain an additional reward — I simply want to access the code I already won on November 5.
The email address linked to the Yandex account I used when joining the campaign is m**********@gmail.com**. I request that the campaign code I won be made visible again or sent to me directly, and that the issue be resolved so I am no longer disadvantaged.
