Yandex GO Overcharged Me Due to Map Error — I Paid for 10 KM I Didn’t Travel

I recently took a ride using Yandex GO, and despite entering the correct address, the app’s navigation added an extra 10 kilometers to the route. As a result, I was charged based on the wrong distance, and the full amount was taken from my card without any chance to fix it on the spot.

Even the driver noticed the mistake and felt bad about it, but he said there was nothing he could do. There’s also no proper customer service number to call, so I’ve been left with no support or refund options.

I ended up overpaying significantly for a short trip, and I want this to be corrected. Yandex GO needs to fix its GPS system and refund the excess charges immediately. Until then, I can’t recommend this app to anyone. Be cautious — you could be charged for kilometers you never traveled.
