Yandex GO Driver Forced Me to Send Extra Payment via IBAN — I Demand a Full Refund

Hello, I had a deeply troubling experience with Yandex GO today. During my ride, the driver asked me to send money directly to his personal IBAN, registered under the name M*** U***, even though my card is already linked to the app and the fare is paid automatically.

When I explained that the ride was already covered through Yandex GO, he insisted on receiving the money outside the platform. I reluctantly sent the payment, assuming I’d be refunded later. But when I requested a refund, the driver blatantly told me I could “take it up with the authorities” and that he would not return the money.

This is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate investigation into this driver’s conduct and a full refund of the unauthorized payment. Yandex GO, if you care about your users’ trust and safety, you need to take action now.
