Yandex Go Refused to Refund My ₺154 After I Canceled My Ride


I booked an Economy ride on Yandex Go and paid ₺154 in advance. However, due to a change in my plans, I canceled the ride shortly afterward. Despite canceling properly through the app, Yandex Go has not refunded my ₺154.
This was the last amount of money I had on my card, and now they have taken it without providing any service or offering a proper refund. I believe no one should trust or use Yandex Go after such a terrible experience.
I demand that Yandex Go refund the money they unfairly kept and start respecting the rights of their users. I will never use Yandex Go again and will warn others to avoid it as well.
