Yandex GO Charged Me Wrong Fare and Sent a Dirty, Unsafe Taxi

This morning I used Yandex GO, and despite having my card linked in the app, I experienced a completely unacceptable ride. First, the fare was clearly shown as ₺449, and with the 50% discount, I should have paid around ₺225, but instead, I was charged ₺350. That alone was frustrating.

But it didn’t stop there — the taxi was filthy and reeked of cannabis, which is not only disgusting but also illegal. Even worse, the driver was behaving like he was under the influence, swaying and acting erratically throughout the ride. It felt unsafe and completely unprofessional.

Is this the level of service Yandex GO provides? This is not what users should be exposed to. I demand a full refund for the overcharge and that serious action be taken against the driver. No one should be put in such a risky and uncomfortable situation.
