On December 1, 2025, at around 08:50 in the morning, I ordered a taxi through the Yandex Go app from Mamak Kartaltepe and got off at Kavaklıdere Mahallesi, Kızılırmak Caddesi No:4.
At the end of the trip, the taximeter showed $8, but I noticed that $12 had been charged to my credit card through the Yandex Go app.
I immediately reported the issue to Yandex Go customer support. After the review, the fare was reduced in the system to $10, but even then, I was still overcharged by $2. Despite sending multiple messages to report this, no further correction was made, and the extra amount taken from me was not refunded.
I request that Yandex Go resolve this issue, refund the unjustly charged $2, and provide both an explanation and an apology regarding this incorrect billing process.
