Premium Yamaha Dealer Delayed My Delivery
I gave my payment to Premium Yamaha, the authorized dealer for premium motorcycles, and received an invoice for the motor accessories. However, they kept me waiting for two months, claiming that the factory had stopped producing my ordered parts and various other excuses, before attempting to refund my payment. When I contacted other authorized Yamaha dealers, I was told that the same parts could be ordered and delivered within 45 days. Prices for the desired parts had risen during the two-month delay. This leads me to believe that the Premium Yamaha dealer intends to refund me and resell the parts at a higher price to others. As a result, I've taken the necessary steps, including involving the consumer arbitration board. I demand that the parts I paid for two months ago be delivered immediately, as they were made mandatory for us to purchase alongside the vehicle.
