Brand New Falcon Motorcycle Broke Down 3 Times In One Month

I purchased a brand new Falcon motorcycle on 21.05.2025, and within just one week, it broke down and had to be taken to the service center. Shortly after the repair, the same issue occurred again. In total, the motorcycle has been sent to service three times within a month, yet the problem still persists. This is completely unacceptable for a brand-new product. The dealership continues to make excuses and delays any real solution—there has been no proper fix, no replacement, and no refund offered. According to consumer protection laws, this qualifies as a defective product. I demand either a full refund or a replacement of the motorcycle. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will file a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I trusted this brand and dealership, but I am very disappointed with both the product and the service.
