This wait and lack of communication have significantly inconvenienced me. Unexpected delays in sourcing and replacing the exhaust part, constantly postponed delivery dates, and the absence of communication during this process have left me unable to use my motorcycle, thus adversely affecting my daily life. Furthermore, I have serious concerns about the disorganization and failure to execute tasks in a timely manner at your service center. Please take the necessary steps to improve customer satisfaction and service quality. I am requesting measures to prevent such shortcomings from recurring and to avoid inconveniencing customers in the future.
