Regrettably, I must mention that the requested exhaust part has not yet arrived, and throughout this period, I have received no updates or information regarding the progress or status of this replacement. This wait and lack of communication have significantly inconvenienced me. Unexpected delays in sourcing and replacing the exhaust part, constantly postponed delivery dates, and the absence of communication during this process have left me unable to use my motorcycle, thus adversely affecting my daily life. Furthermore, I have serious concerns about the disorganization and failure to execute tasks in a timely manner at your service center. Please take the necessary steps to improve customer satisfaction and service quality. I am requesting measures to prevent such shortcomings from recurring and to avoid inconveniencing customers in the future. Thank you for your interest. The response was very quick. The reason for my 3-month wait was, of course, the negligence of the service. Despite my motorcycle being a 2023 model, it was entered as a 2022 chassis, and the order was suspended because it did not match. Even though a 2023 chassis exhaust was requested, I was made to wait for 3 months for no reason. I was told by the authorities that my grievance would be resolved within this week. I thank them again.
