Xsolla Roblox Payment Canceled but Money Still Taken From My Card
I tried to purchase Robux through Roblox using Xsolla to gift my younger brother. I entered my card details and completed the payment, but immediately received a message saying “Your payment has been canceled.” Since no Robux appeared in the account, I attempted the purchase again. This time the transaction went through successfully.
However, when I checked my card statement, I saw that the amount had been charged twice. The first transaction, which Xsolla claimed was canceled, still resulted in money being withdrawn, yet no Robux was credited to the account for it. Only the second attempt actually delivered the Robux.
This means that I effectively paid for two purchases while only receiving one delivery, which is completely unacceptable.
I demand that Xsolla immediately refund the first payment or credit the missing Robux to the account. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will escalate the matter and file an official complaint with the relevant authorities. Customers should not be left paying for services that are canceled on the system’s side but still result in money being taken.
