I attempted to purchase Robux worth ₺414 on Roblox, but the transaction was not approved. Despite this, the amount of ₺414 was still withdrawn from my account. The purchase was processed through Xsolla_Roblox, but I never received the Robux I paid for.
This situation is unacceptable—charging a customer without delivering the product is a clear breach of trust. I already checked my Roblox account and confirmed that the balance did not increase. That means my money was taken, but nothing was provided in return.
I request that Xsolla_Roblox immediately process a refund of the ₺414 that was wrongly charged. If the refund is not issued promptly, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint with the relevant authorities. Customers should not be left chasing their money for a failed purchase.
I expect this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible and to receive confirmation that my refund is on the way.
