Xsolla Charged Me $45 for 101 Okey Plus Purchases That Never Arrived
On May 22, 2026, I made three top-up purchases through Xsolla for the 101 Okey Plus game. I also received the following SMS confirmation: “464481 is your password for your Xsolla _101Okey Plus transaction dated 22.05.2026 at 15:18 for 719.99 TRY b003.” Each of these three transactions was $15, bringing the total amount to approximately $45. However, none of the top-ups I purchased were added to my game account, and I did not receive anything in return.
I have the SMS messages, payment receipts, and screenshots related to these transactions. Despite this, since I did not receive any product or service in exchange for my payments, I request a full refund for all three transactions of $15 each, totaling approximately $45.
I request that these transactions, for which I paid but received no service or digital goods, be investigated and that the full refund be processed as soon as possible.
