Xsolla Unauthorized Payment Issue Requires Immediate Refund

The company called Xsolla made multiple unauthorized withdrawals from my İş Bankası account without my knowledge or consent. On March 2, 2026, at 10:34 p.m., two separate charges of 491.90 TRY each were taken from my account, resulting in a total unauthorized charge of approximately $21. I did not authorize these transactions, and I have never created any membership, made any purchase, or entered into any agreement with Xsolla.

The last four digits of my account at İş Bankası’s Istanbul branch are 4721, and these transactions occurred entirely without my knowledge. I request that Xsolla immediately refund the amounts withdrawn from my account without my permission or authorization.

I request that a thorough investigation into these unauthorized charges be conducted urgently and that all improper charges made on March 2, 2026, be fully refunded to me as soon as possible.
