101 Okey Plus Charged for a Ticket but Didn’t Add It to My Account

I purchased a ticket in 101 Okey Plus for ₺24.99, but it was never added to my account. The payment was successfully processed, and the amount was deducted from my bank, yet I received nothing in return.

This is completely unacceptable. I’ve reached out for help, but I haven’t received a proper response or resolution. If you’re going to take players' money, you need to provide the purchased content immediately—not leave us waiting with no explanation or support.

I demand a full refund or for the ticket to be delivered to my account right away. I also expect this issue to be reported to the appropriate departments and for the responsible parties to be warned and held accountable.

If this isn’t resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities. I’ve spent money in good faith, and I will not accept being ignored or robbed by a game I trusted.
