While trying to make a purchase through Ubisoft Connect, I received an error from Xsolla stating that my transaction could not be completed. I have made several purchases through this platform before without any issues and would like to continue doing so.

The product I want to purchase is currently on sale, and I need assistance in completing my transaction before the discount period ends. Please help me resolve this issue so I can buy the item at the discounted price.
