Ubisoft Connect Login Error Blocking My Access to Assassin’s Creed Games

Last night, while playing Assassin’s Creed Shadows, I suddenly received an error message saying “Ubisoft Connect session has been terminated.” Since then, I’ve been unable to log into my Ubisoft Connect account. I’ve double-checked my email and password, and even reset my password multiple times using the reset link, but I keep getting the “incorrect email or password” warning. I also tried logging in from different devices, but the result is the same.

After this issue occurred, I opened a support ticket with Ubisoft Support. They immediately sent me a verification code, which I successfully confirmed, but I still can’t access my account. Because of this, I also can’t launch any of my Ubisoft games — including Assassin’s Creed Shadows and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, which I purchased via Epic Games — since the games require a Ubisoft Connect login.

My case number is 24393444, and my email address is f*******@hotmail.com**. I’m requesting that Ubisoft restore access to my account and help me regain access to my purchased games as soon as possible.
