Can’t Buy Robux on Roblox — Payment Blocked by Xsolla Error Code 2009

I tried to purchase Robux from Roblox, but my first two bank transactions were declined. After fixing the issue, I attempted a third time, but then I started receiving the following error message:

“Error Code 2009: It seems you have exceeded the maximum number of allowed attempts. Please try again using a different card. If you have any questions, contact customer support at help.xsolla.com.”

We have been waiting for over 13 hours, yet the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I would like this problem to be fixed as soon as possible so I can complete my Robux purchase.
