XM Broker UPI Deposit Not Credited

I am writing regarding two UPI deposits I made to my XM broker account which have still not been credited to my trading balance. On 02/03/2026 I deposited Rs. 8,080, and on 23/03/2026 I deposited Rs. 30,000. Both payments were successfully completed from my side via UPI, and I have proof of these transactions. Despite this, neither of these amounts has been reflected in my XM trading account for a long time. I have been contacting XM broker customer care every day about this issue. Each time I am informed that they are talking to the payment provider and that the issue will be fixed as soon as possible, but almost a month has passed and there has been no actual resolution or update. I request that these deposits be immediately credited to my trading account based on the UPI payment proofs I hold, or that a clear and prompt solution be provided without any further delay.
