I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a deposit I made to my XM Trading account, which has still not been credited. On March 9, 2026, I deposited ₹10,000 into my XM Trading account (account number 381289050) via PhonePe UPI from my Bank of Baroda account. The payment was successfully debited from my bank account, and I have the UPI transaction reference (UTR) number 546417583656 as proof. However, this amount has still not been credited to my XM Trading account.
On the same day, March 9, 2026, I contacted XM Trading support, and since then I have only been informed that my case is “under investigation,” without any clear resolution, explanation, or timeline. Despite the fact that the funds have been deducted from my bank account and the transaction is clearly visible in both my PhonePe and bank transaction history, the deposit has neither been credited to my trading account nor refunded.
My registered email address with XM Trading is nileshwani***@gmail.com, and I can provide all relevant screenshots and transaction details, including the UTR number mentioned above. I request that my deposit of ₹10,000 be credited to my XM Trading account (381289050) immediately, or that a clear and prompt resolution be provided so that my funds are either credited or refunded without further delay.
