XM Deposit Not Credited in Wallet
On 6 February 2026, I made a deposit of 20,000 INR to my real XM Broker account (client ID: 3417******) using UPI from my Indian Overseas Bank account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank, but it has still not been credited to my XM wallet. I immediately contacted XM support via email and live chat and provided all the proof of the transaction. The only response I received was that my complaint was “under investigation”, and for the last two days, there has been no update or clear information about the status of my money. In total, I have now been waiting about 10 days without the deposit appearing in my wallet or being returned to my bank. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either crediting the full amount of 20,000 INR to my XM trading wallet or refunding it to my bank account, and that I be informed clearly about the outcome of the investigation.
