Someone has opened an account on XM.com using my national ID number and personal information—without my knowledge or consent. The account was created using an unknown email address and password that I do not have access to. I reached out to XM via email to report this, but they told me I needed to contact them from the email address used to register the account. That makes absolutely no sense—if I had access to the email, I wouldn’t be asking for help in the first place.
