I Face Technical Failures and Unfair Losses on XM Forex Mobile App

I use the XM Forex mobile app, and for the last few days, I have faced a serious problem. When my trades go into profit and I press close, the app does not respond. My internet works fine, but the system blocks the action.

A short time later, the position turns into a loss, and then the app closes it automatically. Because of this, I lost about $1,400. This is not my fault but a failure of the platform.

I contacted XM customer service, but they gave me no solution. My app is fully updated, yet the same issue repeats. It is unfair to lose money because of a system error.
