In my XAUUSD trades on XM Global, my positions were closed nearly 100 pips below my stop-loss level, causing my account to be liquidated. During these trades, which occurred around 10:03 a.m. on November 28, I had a balance of 70 USD. When my stop-loss was triggered, my loss should have been around 40 USD at most, yet a loss of approximately 140.12 USD was applied to my account and my entire balance was wiped out.
After this happened, I contacted XM Global by email, but I received no explanation, my loss was not acknowledged, and no one responded to me. Even though this is the first time I have experienced such a problem, the lack of a clear explanation and their refusal to accept the error has caused significant harm.
I request that XM Global investigate these trades, which were executed far below my stop-loss level, reimburse the loss that was unfairly applied, and resolve the issue that caused my account to be liquidated.
