I’ve repeatedly experienced issues with the stop-loss function on the Binance Global app while trading futures on my Android device. Even today, as in previous cases, my stop-loss orders failed to execute properly. I receive a notification stating that the stop-loss order has been triggered, but immediately afterward, my positions get liquidated, and my balance drops to zero.
In my most recent trade, I lost around $10, and in earlier instances, my losses totaled nearly $1,000. Each time I contacted Binance customer support, I was given different explanations, but no real solution was provided. This issue has occurred across multiple altcoins, not just one, which shows that it’s a recurring technical failure in the app’s order execution system.
I’ve lost confidence in Binance’s ability to fix this issue, as the stop-loss — one of the most essential tools for traders — has consistently failed. I’m not requesting compensation anymore; I simply want this complaint to highlight the serious reliability problem in Binance’s futures trading system.
