On 17/09/2025 at 02:43, I made a $500 bank transfer from my Akbank account to XM Global Forex (Reference No: 000349362, Account No: 410174667). Immediately after the transaction, my account was closed, and since then I have been unable to reach any customer representative through email, live chat, or phone. I was told the closure was due to a so-called “third-party interference” because my spouse asked a question, but this claim is completely unfounded. My deposit was never credited, no refund was issued, and despite emailing my refund request, I have not received any response for over 38 hours. I demand the immediate refund of my $500 deposit and a clear explanation for why my account was unjustly closed.
