XM Global Closed My Account After I Deposited Money

On 17/09/2025 at 02:43, I attempted to deposit $500 into XM Global Forex via bank transfer from my Akbank account (Receipt/Reference No: 000349362, Account No: 410174667). After the transaction, my account was closed, and I have been unable to reach a customer representative through any channel, including email, live chat, and phone. This issue occurred during my first membership, and the stated reason for closing my account was that “a third party cannot interfere” because my spouse asked me a question, but such a situation did not occur. No clear explanation was given as to why my funds were not deposited, and no refund has been processed. Despite submitting my refund request via email, I have not received any response for 38 hours. I demand the immediate return of the $500 payment.

Hello guys, the XM Global company did not refund my friend's money, they have started to act very strangely. There is a customer representative named Neval who thinks she owns the place. My friend opened a new account, deposited money, and they said it would be credited to the account within 24 hours. When his wife asked why it takes 24 hours for his account when it only takes 3-5 minutes for everyone else, due to the involvement of a third party, they closed my friend's account and they need to refund the deposit he made. They sent an email saying it would be refunded, but 5 days have passed and they still haven't refunded it. It was a company I trusted a lot, but they are not aware that they are losing customers because of this customer representative named Neval, and because of this person, my relationships with my friends have also been damaged.
