After the transaction, my account was closed, and I have been unable to reach a customer representative through any channel, including email, live chat, and phone. This issue occurred during my first membership, and the stated reason for closing my account was that “a third party cannot interfere” because my spouse asked me a question, but such a situation did not occur. No clear explanation was given as to why my funds were not deposited, and no refund has been processed. Despite submitting my refund request via email, I have not received any response for 38 hours.
