Xiomi Mi V5 Pro Robot Vacuum Repair Request. No Progress for Weeks

Last year, I bought a v5 pro robot vacuum cleaner from Denizli (Turkey)forum Camlık Xiomi Mi store. Even though I use the robot once a week, last month the device started making very loud noises. I went to the Mi store and explained the situation. They checked and delivered the device on August 2, 2023 to be covered under warranty. Exactly 1 month later, I called (I was definitely not notified during this time) (by the way, it was stated that it would be repaired in 20 days) and than they stated that the device would be sent to another service in Denizli, where it was sent to the service in Izmir, because the contract with the company had expired. We said okay, September 14, 2023, after i again caller service, we were able to reach the service and a fee of 500 TL was requested, stating that the fan was broken and dust had gotten into the vacuum cleaner. They have not been able to repair the device that is under warranty for 45 days, and what is the money being asked for? Very bad service quality and careless xiaomi mi store (Denizli Camlık Turkey)Thanks
