Xiaomi Vacuum Mop Pro Warranty Not Granted, Charging Issues, and Frustration with Ouno Service

I purchased Xiaomi's Vacuum Mop Pro 1 version robot vacuum 1.5 years ago. Facing rapid battery drain, I took it to Ouno Authorized Service in Ataşehir. Despite having a warranty, they insisted on a hefty ₺2700 charge, claiming the battery exceeded its charging time. Upon retrieval, the issues persisted, and the second visit brought no resolution, with the product constantly displaying 'Charging' despite being unplugged. After multiple attempts, they even suggested the product was tested before returning it. Frustrated, I returned it again, but the problem persisted after a week of repair. Now, for the fourth time, I'm heading to Ouno's 'Unauthorized' service for a replacement, hoping for a resolution. I urge Xiaomi to reconsider working with Ouno Ataşehir, as the service is causing significant dissatisfaction. I refuse to trust Ouno's repairs and pray my Xiaomi robot at home remains intact. If this product doesn't improve, I'll find an independent robot technician rather than dealing with this service again. This experience has left me swearing off Xiaomi products altogether – a true disappointment.
