Xiaomi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2C Required Expensive Repair

I bought the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2C a little over a year ago, and unfortunately, its map detection started malfunctioning within that relatively short period. Upon receiving it back from warranty repair, it was claimed to be fixed. Unfortunately, just six months later, the battery stopped working, which meant I had to go back to the service center once again. Surprisingly, customer service informed me that I would have to pay ₺6,000 for replacements due to damage caused by high voltage issues to the laser sensor, mainboard, battery, and charging integration. I don't understand why I should have to pay such a high price for the new product, which is priced at ₺7,500. I expect the electric company to take responsibility for the damage and cover the appropriate amount. I find it rather puzzling that I have to handle this situation on my own. Unfortunately, I am not pleased with my purchase from this brand and cannot recommend it to others. I was told to pursue compensation from the electric company, but it seems that these types of claims can take a significant amount of time to be resolved. I've made up my mind to stop buying from this brand and I'm choosing to return the product.
