Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Stopped Leaving the Charging Station





Our Xiaomi robot vacuum, after one and a half years, stopped leaving the charging station and did nothing until the battery was completely depleted. Since the device was still under warranty, we sent it to the service center. However, upon receiving it back, we encountered a report stating that the robot was used in an inappropriate environment, and this condition placed an excessive load on the robot. It was indicated that we needed to replace the memory to resolve this issue, and the cost for this was mentioned to be our responsibility. Attached are photos of our house, which only has laminate flooring and a flat surface. If this issue is not resolved promptly, we will file a complaint with CIMER and share Xiaomi's service problems on Twitter. We kindly request a swift resolution to this.
