Due to a short battery life issue, I sent my Xiaomi 1c Vacuum Mop robot vacuum to the service center on May 8, 2023, as the warranty was still valid. They informed me that a new battery was required. I paid 600 because they claimed the warranty did not cover it. However, after reading the website reviews, I discovered many complaints from people who had battery problems and had the replacement done for free, despite the request for payment.
Furthermore, despite the stated delivery date of May 22, 2023, the item has yet to be delivered. The part is expected to be in stock, according to what I was told.
The item was returned to the service 1.5 months later, on July 18, 2023, with the same defect and an additional issue.
On November 15, 2023, the product was returned to the service for the third time for the same reasons. Because this is the third time this problem has occurred, it falls under the category of defective goods. As of November 22, 2023, the system indicates that the item is being repaired. I don't think the used parts are genuine.
