Face Constant Network Signal Loss on My Redmi 13 Pro Bought From Mi Store

The Redmi 13 Pro phone I purchased from the Mi Store located in Istanbul Moi mall started showing various problems from the very first day. Even though I have been using the device for less than a year, I have been experiencing constant network issues, especially over the past month.
The signal suddenly drops and comes back, and I am unable to make phone calls reliably. When I insert the same SIM card into another phone, there is absolutely no issue, but the network problem continues on the Redmi 13 Pro.
Due to my work, I constantly need my phone, which is why I have not been able to take it to an authorized service center yet. However, experiencing so many problems in such a short time has caused serious inconvenience and completely discouraged me from using this product.
Because of the ongoing malfunctions—particularly the persistent network issue—I believe the Redmi 13 Pro is a defective product. For this reason, I am requesting a direct return of the phone to the store and a full refund of the amount I paid.
