Xiaomi Redmi 13C Warranty Service Denied

On March 10, 2024, I purchased a new Xiaomi Redmi 13C with 256GB of storage from Vatan store. Fifteen days ago, the phone turned off by itself, and I sent it for warranty service. However, the warranty service did not repair the phone. They claimed that the motherboard was bent and suggested it might be due to dropping the phone. However, if the phone had been dropped, there would be scratches or visible damage, but there are no scratches at all.
They sent it back to me without repairs, using the excuse that it might have been caused by carrying the phone in my pocket. Should I have carried the phone on a golden tray? Vatan store also refused to stand behind their product, telling me to "return the phone and file a complaint with the relevant authorities."
We are currently in a difficult situation. The phone is still under warranty, and it is only 5 months old, yet no one is providing a solution. They do not acknowledge their mistakes.
