Xiaomi Mix Flip Showed Screen Lines Twice in 8 Months

On January 15, 2025, I purchased a Xiaomi Mix Flip phone from the Xiaomi online store for ₺50,000. On April 25, 2025, five black lines appeared on the foldable part of the phone. On April 28, 2025, I took it to the Xiaomi Levent Authorized Service Center at Metrocity Mall. My phone remained in service for three weeks, leaving me without a device, and despite calling many times, I received no updates from the technical service. I only got a response after writing on Xolvie. Throughout this process, I was constantly inconvenienced by Xiaomi, and my grievance still continues. On August 16, 2025, while still under warranty, the phone developed the same problem again. I brought it back to the same service center, but this time I was asked to pay ₺20,320. Ms. S*** from the service center even admitted that the issue could reoccur even if I paid the fee. Why should I be forced to pay such a high amount of ₺20,000 for a recurring defect? I believe my phone is faulty, especially since my sister, who bought the same model on the same date, has had no problems, while I faced the same issue twice in just eight months. I feel wronged by both Xiaomi and the Levent service center, and I request at the very least a replacement of my phone with a new one due to this chronic defect.
