I purchased a Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Midnight Black with 8GB RAM and 256GB ROM (Number: 53772/L4RS00491, IMEI1: 868954070946107, IMEI2: 868954070946115) from the Turkcell Dealer at Elazığ Park 23 AVM on 02/08/2024. I noticed that a part, which I believe to be the battery, located half a centimeter below the Redmi text on the back of the device, appears curved, indicating a potentially swollen battery that could explode and pose a serious risk to the user over time. The device also shuts down on its own, freezes during use, overheats, and produces noise while in use. Additionally, the sound often does not reach the other party during calls. Exercising my consumer rights under Article 11 of TCC No. 6502, I sent the device to Genpa Xiaomi Authorized Service in Bursa and KVK Kartal Istanbul Authorized Service, requesting a replacement or refund. However, after the device was returned to me, the same issues persisted, and my request was not addressed. These problems continue to cause grievances, and no resolution has been provided. Therefore, I request a full refund for the device. I am ready to provide further details if needed.
