Redmi Note 14 Pro Keyboard Freezing After 10 Days

I purchased a Redmi Note 14 Pro from the Turkcell Vadi Istanbul store for approximately $472 USD. Ten days after buying the device, the keyboard began freezing and some letters stopped responding. I took the phone back to the Turkcell store, and they sent it to the KVK service center. KVK returned the device saying that “no malfunction was found.”

After receiving the phone, we tested it again in front of the Turkcell representatives, and the keyboard froze once more—the keys did not work. Because of this, the device was sent to KVK for a second time. However, this time, the screen was replaced without my knowledge or consent. I do not accept this.

So far, no fee has been charged. I am requesting a full replacement with a brand-new device. I have been dealing with this issue for two days now, and I want my grievance resolved.
