Xiaomi 12 Pro 256 GB Smart Phone Charges Fast, Drains Faster

On June 12, 2022, I bought a Xiaomi 12 Pro 256 GB phone from Carrefour SA Icerenköy branch. It has only been 17 days. The phone charges fast, but even if you don't use it at all, the charge runs out by itself and doesn't even last a day. It gets very hot while charging. I paid about 11 thousand TL, it must have exploded in our hands. My previous phone was a RedMi 9s, the charge was going very comfortably for two days, but unfortunately, it ends spontaneously in the middle of the day, I am really upset, this is the last phone I will buy and recommend to anyone I know, there is no way to talk to customer service!
