Xiaomi Redmi Note 10s Fiasco, It Won't Charge, No Replacement Offered

I purchased a Redmi Note 10s from the İzmir Optimum store on June 25, 2022. Just a month later, it inexplicably stopped charging. Despite sending it to the service center six times under the Mi Cover warranty, the same issues persisted. To make matters worse, the problems resurfaced the day after receiving the phone back from the service center. Despite more than 1.5 years passing, I haven't been able to use it, and no replacement has been provided.

"As of yesterday, we were contacted by Evofone service. It was reported that the phone's motherboard was replaced, the camera system was renewed (these procedures were done for the first time), and the phone was working without any issues. Previously, our phone was also handed back to us with the claim that it was working without any problems. I will provide another update after we receive and use our phone.
