My Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Shall Not Turn On

We bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10s from Media Markt about two years ago. I had an issue with the phone's camera throughout the warranty period. Thanks to Eskişehir Espark Media Markt's approved service provider Evofone, we got our phone fixed quickly. Approximately two weeks later, the phone was sent back along with a document that explained the repairs that had been made. But the same problem happened again within a few days, except this time the phone would not turn on even after powering down. After another week and ten days of waiting, we finally got a phone that was meant to be fixed after sending it for service again.
Regrettably, the issue reappeared two or three days afterward. This cycle has been through with us four times now. The phone was just returned yesterday from its fourth service. Again, the camera isn't working, and the phone won't power on (and it's only been 24 hours since we got it). The never-ending stream of "send it in and let's see" replies is wearing us down. This cycle has persisted since the end of November. We can only communicate through message exchange because phone calls are not an option. Their sole recommendation is to resubmit it. They act like they're making fun of us by not mentioning any problems and insisting the phone works fine under normal circumstances. Fortunately, before calling the service, Media Markt documents and verifies the current issues.

As of yesterday, we were contacted by Evofone service. It was reported that the phone's motherboard was replaced, the camera system was renewed (these procedures were done for the first time), and the phone was working without any issues. Previously, our phone was also handed back to us with the claim that it was working without any problems. I will provide another update after we receive and use our phone. For now, the news seems positive.

It took a long time, but finally, the issue with our phone has been resolved. The motherboard and camera system of our phone have been replaced. Thank you.
