Xiaomi Refused Warranty on My IP68-Rated 13T Phone Claiming Liquid Damage

I sent my Xiaomi 13T phone to warranty service because it kept restarting on its own. This continued until the battery finally died, and I was only able to use the phone for a week before sending it in. When I sent it, I carefully packed it in a protective bubble wrap, as seen in the image, to ensure it wouldn’t be damaged during shipping. However, the warranty team did a "great" job sending my phone from Istanbul to Van without the bubble wrap I included; they didn’t even put it in, allowing the phone to bounce around in the box. I appreciate their attention to detail! It took them a week to get back to me, only to say that the device had sustained liquid damage, which is impossible because the phone has never come into contact with any liquid. On top of that, they quoted me ₺17,000 to replace the motherboard. Is it right for them to claim liquid damage on a water- and dust-resistant IP68 phone and refuse warranty service? (I am attaching the section where they mention the so-called liquid damage.) With an IP68 rating, this phone should not have suffered liquid damage, and even if it did, it would be Xiaomi’s fault. I kindly request a resolution for this issue.

I sent my Xiaomi 13t device to the service center. The service claims there is liquid contact and even stated that they acted based on camera recordings. I told them there was no liquid contact, and if there was, it was caused by them. They said I could file a complaint. I said I would file a complaint and requested the camera recordings they had, but they claimed there were no camera recordings. Additionally, the individuals who told me to file a complaint but avoided providing a tax number are a service unworthy of Xiaomi. They are not helpful at all. I've been using Xiaomi phones for 5 years, but from now on, I won't even consider using them. These individuals do not accept their mistakes even though they are at fault.

It kept going like this until the battery died, so I sent it in for repair. A week later, I received a notification stating there was liquid damage.

Water Resistance, Dust and Water Protection with IP68. Despite being a phone that is supposed to be protected in water up to 1.5 meters deep for up to 30 minutes, my phone was flagged as having liquid damage, even though it never came into contact with water. If it did have liquid exposure, does that mean I should keep it underwater for 30 minutes to test it? Before I sent it to service, my phone only shut down once, but after returning from service, it started shutting down more than ten times.
