Xiaomi Mop Pro Battery Related Issue Is Out Of Warranty

Hello, I purchased a Xiaomi Mop Auto a year ago from within my country. I recently sent it for servicing, and I received a message this morning stating that the issue is battery-related. However, I was shocked when they asked me to pay a whopping 2,717.00₺ for a device that is still under warranty. The message stated that it's out of warranty, which is confusing. How can they claim it's out of warranty when the device's warranty is still valid?I refuse to pay this exorbitant fee, and I am determined to voice my complaint through various channels such as consumer forums and CIMER. I demand proper action to be taken. I had originally paid 5,800₺ for the device itself; why should I be burdened with such a high charge? It's disheartening to think that they're treating us like we have unlimited funds. I urge them to reconsider their stance and provide a fair solution.
