Xiaomi Vacuum Mop 2 Pro Plus Warranty Denied – Service Demanding Extra Payment
My Xiaomi Vacuum Mop 2 Pro Plus is still under warranty, yet E** technical service refused to repair it**. Instead of fixing the issues as they should, they demanded I pay for the necessary repairs—so what’s the point of having a warranty?
On top of that, they didn’t even replace the parts that should have been covered. The battery drains quickly, it no longer sprays water, and the brush head broke on its own while cleaning. These are all product defects, yet they want me to pay ₺8000 for repairs! This is unacceptable. Xiaomi needs to honor its warranty and hold its service providers accountable. Has anyone else faced this issue? Let’s demand a solution!
