Xiaomi Mop Essential 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum Not Repaired Under Warranty

I bought the Xiaomi Mop Essential 2 in 1 robot vacuum from Vatan Bilgisayar in February 2022. At some point, the device stopped working properly, so I returned it to the same store. They told me that the device is covered by the importer's warranty and recommended leaving it for repairs. But then I found out that Evofone, the company that imports the devices, told me that there's no warranty and they can only fix it if I pay. But I don't think it's fair to charge me 3,804 ₺ just to replace the main board because of a battery problem. I don't think this is the user's fault. I need you to take the necessary actions that are covered by the warranty terms.
