Xiaomi Mi Vacuum Cleaner Warranty Issue

I went to Vatan Bilgisayar and bought the Xiaomi Mi Vacuum Cleaner Light Stick Vacuum. The rotating head stopped working right after just one month of use. I took it in for warranty service, and they told me that the locking mechanism on the attachment was broken. Instead of fixing it, they said that the whole outside case should be replaced at a price close to the original price. When I asked what the broken rotating head had to do with the case, they tried to avoid the question. How could the outer shell have anything to do with the rotation? I strongly suggest that they don't go with their idea. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing time with Vatan Bilgisayar.
