My Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Lite has been a complete disappointment. It's been a nightmare dealing with its recurring issues. First, I had to send it to the service center due to a wheel malfunction, and when it finally came back, it had Wi-Fi problems, so it had to be sent for repair four more times. Despite requesting a replacement, I haven't gotten any satisfactory results. It's been only two months since it came back from the service center, and the same wheel has malfunctioned again. I had to send it back for repairs once more, and this time they claimed it was due to my own misuse, refusing to cover it under warranty. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to demand a whopping 1600 TL for the repairs. Their service is absolutely atrocious!
