Xiaomi Dreame T30 Warranty Claim Denied


I observed that the sides of the cleaning head on my Xiaomi Dreame upright vacuum cleaner had separated, so I brought it to the store where I purchased it—Izmir Hilltown Mi Store. They forwarded it to the service center for evaluation, and even though the product was still under warranty, they attributed the issue to user error and denied the replacement. The service center in question is Izmir Evofone. I’m really confused about why a product that’s still under warranty isn’t being covered. It’s frustrating to be asked to pay ₺3,500 for a new cleaning head. I will escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities, including the Consumer Arbitration Board, and if necessary, I’m prepared to pursue legal action. I expect the cleaning head of my product, which is still under warranty, to be replaced promptly under the warranty terms.
